It's fun to mock the orange slime for being unintelligent but I don't think he is at all. He's just smart enough to have done a brilliant job at what I assume the Kremlin hired him to do: weaken the United States. And it must take some bizarre wit to break so many laws without any consequences. I don't know if anyone else could manage this. This isn't praise. He's an evil man who can't die fast enough.
