Always call on one of the two female presenting students in the class for an answer if no one raised their hand 2. Also always called on someone else after we answered any questions to confirm the answer with a male student. He was also the ancient little shit who told one of the undergrad women that "engineering school isn't for girls". I reported to the department but "he's tenured and he's about to retire in a few years"
