Race is the greatest delusion it's all about perception, and I grew up perceived as a white boy. In the politest of company, I was often treated to the most offensive remarks. I always knew when someone was speaking of my grandfather when they referred to him as the Cuban N****r. But I've also been called the white oppressor.
