@demofox@mastodon.gamedev.place @TechTangents@dialup.space That's another possibility, but unless I control the whole stack (read: that it's open source and that I can see and change everything in it) I wouldn't trust it. E.g. even if microsoft recall was all local, the summaries and descriptions could still be uploaded or leaked... all while draining much more power than needed.
