I haven't felt pretty in a while. I haven't felt healthy in a while either. I think these things are connected. I don't have any energy, like, ever, so I don't really feel like I can take care of myself to a degree that I can do my makeup and stuff well enough to feel pretty. Which, for the record, is not the same as feeling femme. I'm finally getting to the point where, even if I have a five o'clock shadow, I still see a woman when I look in the mirror. A circus performer, sure, but a woman nonetheless.
