  This is the recipe I use, but I modify it a bit https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/20144/banana-banana-bread/ I add vanilla, cinnamon, a tiny bit of nutmeg, a ton of bailey's (I eyeball, probably about 1.5 cups). I do about 4 bananas and I'm very careful to leave them as small-moderate chunks instead of mixing them thoroughly, I find the little bits of banana you get are a lot more pleasant and go a lot further than just the whole thing tasting vaguely of banana If need be you can add a little extra flour but I rarely find that I have to
