I was calling the police on sunday because it smelled like death on my balcony (from the neighbor balcony) plus haven't seen the old neighbor lady for some time (also didn't open the door). It's super surreal (and sad) to call the cops because of the suspicion that someone might be dead and then they break into the neighbor apartment and actually find the dead neighbor.
