I like this idea, but.... one must consider that the US represents only about 7% or 8% of Facebook/Meta global user-base..
So in the end, that sort of limits the impacts of any US sanctions on #ZarkMuckerbergs campus rape-app..

@oldguycrusty@mastodon.world @DemocracyMattersALot@mstdn.social Most of the sales will be in the US or at least enough to impact their bottom line. Plus, other countries will follow. To say we aren’t ‘enough’ to bother them misses the point and defies the potential economic impact

@oldguycrusty@mastodon.world Perhaps instead of "sanctions" on Facebook, we should try expropriating Facebook, taking it over, shutting down the algorithm and bricking the glasses.
