A commandant of Banjica death camp was issued two Canadian passports with different birth dates within six weeks. He landed in August 1948 on IRO passage and within four months was working as RCMP Security Service agent targeting Yugoslav politicians in Toronto.
Yugoslavia sought extradition, Canada waffled; Justice found in 1952 there was enough to act and then... he was laundered and still being interviewed by the Security Service in 1979.
