@coolbean@brain.worm.pink wdym? It's just a broadcast for the first packet and then the mac is returned as part of the ethernet frame which the switch can read from my recollection

@snacks@netzsphaere.xyz i just looked it up and internally iee802 (the standard that includes ethernet as well as wifi) does indeed use LLC for this part i feel so fucking smart rn
