I am #AuDHD. I am not broken. Just because something is trivial for NTs and comes with a whole lot of anxiety provoking baggage for me does not make me broken. It is the expectation that because something is simple for the NT population it will be simple for everyone that is broken. And it is that expectation that makes #autism and #ADHD a disability. Society is broken, not me. All my self-talk to the contrary is internalised ableism bullshit. #actuallyAutistic
