I guess I didn't say, the texture pack is recoloring the extreme hills biome in "silver age minecraft" (beta 1.8–release ~1.8.9) to be the bright green color used in Minecraft alpha and before, instead of the dull green it is by default (since the extreme hills biome is close to classic beta generation so it has that feel)
