dear pythonistas, i am torn: i have a validation function which grows large, i split it up in sub-validators. now, normally i'd just return something, but it becomes messy. so i am tempted to raise exceptions depending on why validations fails. but this just feels wrong. (the last poll option is a joke, but also something i once saw in vibeslop) #python
