Shut the fuck up. No one earned a billion dollars without the hard work to build the society that allowed them that, and they also exploited people on their way there.
Honestly, I think any dollar earned above like $50m in a year should go directly, 100%, to supporting these goals. Removal any and all loopholes like storage in assets, loans taken out against collateral, or other such tomfoolery

After that though said rich person get a fancy trophy and the rest goes to the benefit of the society that created the situation where said rich person was able to achieve that
