The answer to #2 is art (at least gallery art, as opposed to we're-all-artists art) is a social status marker not a quality gate. I mean, a lot of human galleries are garbage. Banana duct-taped to wall? Knowing rich people > artistic talent. Which is not really to say that AI apps, art, and games are great. Just that there are epistemological problems with your heuristic.
