I think one of the BSDs. NetBSD has the strongest stance
About LLMs.
Guix uses the libre Linux kernel which is downstream from the Linux kernel.
The Hurd is possible with Guix but doesn't yet support Xorg.
Debian has a Hurd based project where Xorg does work ang seems to be the furthest along of all projects using the Hurd. Gentoo also has a Hurd project. Arch-hurd hasn't had an update since 2019.
Currently, as far as I can tell, LLMs are only being used for testing in the Linux kernel.
