Depends on my mood. I’m either an egg cheddar and crispy bacon kind of person, or a home fries and eggs kind of person. I find hash browns are too oily in a sandwich for me the few times I’ve had them. A place in the by me has a soft boiled egg, cheddar cheese, and tomato with salt and pepper in a pita pocket that is also delicious.
