@kerravonsen@mastodon.au The short answer is 'I caused it', the LONGER and more accurate answer is 'I used the wrong SSDs and they all died within a few months'. QVO SSDs do not tolerate Copy-on-Write filesystems (ZFS) that are ALSO being hammered by PostgreSQL My EVEN LONGER answer is 'I used the wrong SSDs, and then wasn't monitoring the "Percentage Used" smart attribute" ... Sigh.
