Although Weird Al Yankovic grew up just a 30-minute drive from our convention location, he recorded his first hit north of Los Angeles in a public restroom at the Cal Poly campus. The men's room features a commemorative plaque to honor this iconic recording session. Worth a road trip pilgrimage? Possibly!
