NEWS: I’m stepping away from posting daily/weekly on my social media accounts, for a while. [I might pop in with a little something, if inspired to. 🥰 And of course I’m always available via email/website.] I’m going to immerse myself… 1/2 #quilting #sewing #slowstitching #textileart #embellishments

2/2 … in adding another layer of pretty & fun filler things, on my Bits & Bobs quilt. All the large elements are now stitched down – you can see what it currently looks like in this latest photo. I’ll take lots of pictures, to share, when I come back. 💌 Happy Stitching! 🪡🧵🤗💖 #quilting #sewing #slowstitching #textileart #embellishments

@BenitaSkinner@mastodon.social Bits and Bobs is exactly as awesome in full as I always suspected it was. Just an incredible amount of work and a completely unique design - I suspect I’ll never see anything like it in quilting ever again and I’m so glad you let us all follow along in its creation 🩷🪡🧵🪡🩷
