@structuredsucc@mastodon.social Agile product development doesn't mean "design the whole thing, then split it into chunks to build". If your team isn't willing to re-work code, you're missing the whole point. I know this probably sounds quaint now, but this is true even if you're using LLMs in the design / build process.
