Given Anthropogenic Climate Change, Churchill MB will likely be ice-free year-round in a few years. Specifically I'm thinking "major infrastructure", so the timelines are years or half-decade. So, like, a pipeline, terminal facilities, deep water shipping berths, etc. From a diversification & finance point of view, a better investment than twinning the Trans Mountain!
