This is the same system with an overly complicated input script for their payment details pages that flat out does not work on Firefox (on desktop OR on mobile), and prevents tabbing between boxes in other browsers.
This system is pure captive-audience hostility. It was not made for its users.

Actually, I'm a bit pissed off about that AI bit. The page concludes with "email us for more information" and then the contact page for the practice this is for. The assume-good-faith path here is to email them at this stage to withdraw consent pre-emptively, but I have a legit worry they'll use that to say "actually we've decided based on the information provided not to put you on our books, good luck". I can't allow that, so it's on me to remember during my first appointment to mention it.
