Looks strange, got many bee-stings never turned purple.Perhaps it is still normal. Couldn't you call like 911 and just ask for advice?
Could be nothing, could be something.

@EvolLove@noauthority.social Yea, wife finally made sense, went to doctor and their eyes bulged. Got steroid shot and some sudafed type shot. It's getting a little better
