No its a message to the local racist groups and militias. If they can incite and create civil unrest or riots in those communities, the Fed’s will show up to… do a range of things, none good and some very bad

I suppose he can send his ICE army to back the hate militias, but that will paint a pretty picture to the rest of us just how rogue ICE is. Kinda like the LGMs in Portland during the George Floyd protests. Whenever there’s a massacre by state paramilitaries, a fuckton of sympathists, activists and sympathizers join the cause against them. Doubly so in the age of ubiquitous video. (I think the ubiquitous video is the actual motive driving age verification laws.)
