I've lived here for over a year and I still kind of bluescreen when I see a Japanese current-gen Tamagotchi for sale at a retail location. My brain goes staticky and I just buy 'em. I can't shake that scarcity feeling. "b-but those are the special things what I overpay for on eBay!!" Not anymore, my sweet little immigrant self. Not anymore.

I took my Tamagotchi Uni out for a spin this past weekend for the first time in a long time, but it was a rainy and humid day, so the unit got rained on a bit, while also sitting on the world's sweatiest wrist, so it got doused from both directions. By the end of the day, I noticed that some condensation had built up under the glass. Today the screen is still spotty :BlobCat_NotLikeThisCry: I did get a very cute crocheted case for it on Minne though!
