I’d actually put good money on this not happening. Russia isn’t really geared up to deliver oil like that they’re all about the pipelines. Also whatever tankers they do send will have to get past if fleet of pissed off European fleets. Remember countries like Estonia went through some relatively severe economic hardship in order to sanction Russia, and then the United States comes along and does a deal with Russia to save themselves from a war that they started. Perhaps maintaining good relations with the United States is no longer worth it? I could totally see an oil tanker getting bordered.
