I had an interaction with a GC on the bird site which went positive. Granted it was about autism, but it went from "you don't need help" to "sorry for doubting you" and now they're being supportive in DM's. I wish they had that kind of attitude towards trans people. On the bird site I'm kind of... Less out. Other than she/her in my bio.
