I don’t like onions either. The taste is ok sometimes, but not very nice. And the texture is awful.

Out of curiosity, is it any onions? Like there’s white, yellow, and red onions. On top of that, lightly cooked yellow onions are far different from heavily carmalized ones (crunchy and oniony vs soft and sweet)
