Nah I guarantee NOBODY is going through the gluten free diet unless they really believe there might be a chance they're allergic. And you have to go gluten free for a bit to see if you are.

Eh, you haven’t worked in food service. What always sent me was the people who ordered *gravy* after telling me they were gluten sensitive..
