I see that Google Maps is once again doing that thing where it caves to the orange man-baby for North American users but continues to respect that the rest of the world still knows the body of water adjacent to Toronto as Lake Ontario.

@christineburns@mastodon.green I think the man is making a fool of himself, not that thats hard, but really its not an issue because a country can call a stretch of water whatever they want. France calls the English Channel La Manche and I a can remember some people complaining about that back maybe in the 70s. He wants people, especially Canadians, to be horrified.
