I once met a woman that was in her late 20s. Worked in tech for 3 years in Prague, and had a pretty TV style British accent. She was from the Midwest. Spent 3 years in Prague and visited the UK like 3 times, then moved back to Chicago. Insisted she “worked with a lot of Brits and it just stuck.” Yeah, I’ve worked with a lot of tall people.
