They too were "not about Jews" but only about their alleged project of gaining power, which they called "Semitism". Stripped of their word games, antisemitism was against Jews living as minorities in diaspora in modern nation states. Stripped of your word games, antizionism is against Jews living as a majority in their own nation state. Wherever Jews currently try to live, there come the "anti" current Jewish life.
