When talking about tabletop RPGs people sometimes talk about combat and roleplaying as if they are the two diametrically opposed binary elements of an RPG. But what about exploration? What is your favorite tabletop RPG for exploration? Is your favorite the same TTRPG for both, or do you have a favorite for dungeon exploration and a favorite for overland exploration? What about urban exploration in a TTRPG? Edit: This is a serious question! I want to hear your faves!

@bunny_jane@plush.city I don't know that I've played enough TTRPGs (or even read enough) to have an informed opinion here, but I like the way it works in Ironsworn: Starforged (which is very similar to other Ironsworn games). they're designed to be playable solo, so the "exploration" is creating the world as you go along. Setting the rank/difficulty of an expedition roughly controls how many waypoints you'll need to travel between to reach the destination (which could be "innermost vault chamber")
