So anyway, they now have a bug, and instead of a customer support person who would process that bug, they now have a buggy LLM that responds with a flatly wrong answer instead of getting someone to realize that it's a bug.
The LLM (now that I think of it, they probably call it "an agent") likely proceeds to close my support request, improving the statistics of successfully closed support requests.
Job well done.

The next time I experience this bug, I'll try to write in my support request that I cannot use that action to report the bug. I wonder what will the LLM respond. At least they explictily call it "Oscar AI Support" and don't try to hide that it's not a human, I'll give them that.
