Governor Sherrill of #NJ is considering option to physically block #Russian diesel from offloading at ports, calling #Drumpf's latest deal with Vladimir #Putin "corrupt and illegal" as a violation of the Ending Importation of Russian Oil Act of 2022. While #DrumpfAdmin attempts to bully others to buy fuel from a hated dictator, it is expected so-called state's rights do not enable governors ,who face significant jurisdictional and constitutional hurdles, to simply block #Federalized #energy imports. Some industry analysts expect a lack of eager #USA buyers will simply drive the fuel down to Brazil. https://ua.news/en/world/amerikanski-kompaniyi-vidmovliaiutsia-vid-rosiiskogo-dizelia-tankeri-mozhut-piti-do-braziliyi https://newrepublic.com/post/217336/donald-trump-te am-bully-people-buy-russian-oil https://www.ft.com/content/3d9ac5af-d6c7-48f8-a5b4-7b3b22cc243d?syn-25a6b1a6=1 #Corrupt #Illegal #Fuel #Diesel
