ICE is killing more people because ICE is probably being told to be more aggressive. The fascists want more violence and instability going into the fall so they can play the security card. It didn’t work in 2020 and it won’t work this time either.

@mcnado@mstdn.social Markwayne Twonames has been pretending to run a kinder, gentler ICE and "keep DHS out of the headlines." There's been a huge surge in ICE activity in multiple cities using new, quieter tactics. On ICE watch we were worried that they could actually be more effective at kidnapping people that way. But I've also been saying for weeks: these people lack any kind of self control. They were specially selected for having no self control. Who they are will always come out. And here we are. 🤦🏼♀️
