Ñorth Lincolnshire Council asks residents to use NextDoor to report "Problems". But you have to be a member to be able to send messages to the Council's account.
At least, they did once claim to use it for this.

@murphyslawyer@mstdn.social I may be unfair to North Lincolnshire Council. But they still say they use the Social Media service formerly known as "Twitter".
