@Mehrad@fosstodon.org was there any official statement regarding this ? I've never had any issues with #Signal and #US #Army uses it for internal communication as well.

@dammn@fosstodon.org I haven's seen any service degradation notice from Signal, and their website does not have status page. As for Army or other clients, they might (logically they should) have their own relay, and a country's army communication should not rely on a non-profit infrastructure. What I am frustrated about is lack of visible log in the app or status page for their server. It makes it very hard to know if it is my problem, Signal's problem, or my contact's problem.
