It's a huge fuck you to 40k and GW. 40k used to be more like space king until GW thought their grimdark parody was SERIOUS BUSINESS.

Middle fingers raised high for sure, GW deserve to go bankrupt. The fact that this show is even as big as it is despite the small team that worked on it goes to show that GW have no idea what they had and trashed it to pander to the worst people on the planet. They have zero marketing sense and could have linked in with a stable and hungry fanbase but wanted a fandom instead because the "fandom" is socially acceptable versus the fanbase that may or may not have actual Nazis.
