@nanook @bert_hubert@eupolicy.social I am seeing European poicymakers post messages here implying that there is an AI race and that we must deregulate now to catch up with China and the USA. So in those quarters it seems there clearly is an AI psychosis ongoing.

@whvholst@eupolicy.social @bert_hubert@eupolicy.social I am not sure that the lack of overregulation constitutes psychosis. Europeans have regulated themselves to poverty, we in the US are close behind.
