While feeling the same way, I ponder my decision. The atheletes, musicians and normal people are not part of the attrocious world we live in. That would be like me ignoring you, because you live in the province of Danielle.. and the US minded Canadians. But, we judge each on their own merits. If they had any part in the Political side, I'd not take part. It's a music event.
You can feel differently, so I explain my point of view. If I move to Alberta, I don't ever want to be associated with Albertans. That's the Florida of Canada.. And, you'd be treated unfairly to lump in there with them, right?

@Rasta@zeroes.ca I have nothing personal against the artists, just the genocidal state they represent. Doing nothing in the face of genocide isn't an option for me. Perhaps if Israel had been banned from Eurovision it would have caused enough Israeli's to realize it was Netanyahu's fault and vote against him... I appreciate the conflation of Israel and Alberta...many Albertans also need to feel some social ostrication to break free from their antisocial attitudes and actions.
