Does anyone know of a utility that merges alternative DNS roots together according to user defined rules? So like with how opennic is an alternative of icann's root zone, you could choose icann first and if it doesn't exist then it looks at the opennic ones. So basically a tool where the user defines the order to check each in and it only checks the next one on the list if the first didn't have a record.
