I am actually proud to say I found the answer! :D
I found the correct code from my old eBook, added that through Sigil to the eBook I am working on and now the paragraph breaks are correct. (:
Now I just need to fix this one image that keeps expanding in export....a thing it has not done before... (=_=)^*

@hiisikoloart@writing.exchange Good on ya!! I kept having trouble with first paragraphs (no indent), following ones (with indent), and scene breaks (correctly centered). And then keeping the damn things from putting a blank line between them all. I made a style sheet with all the correct codes in it so now I just have to link the style sheet in and tag the text properly :D
