Wizards of the Coast has really been dropping the ball on a whole new segment of D&D players: Retirement Communities. You got millions of people all hanging out in the same place all the time with nothing to do. Get them into TTRPGs.
Make large print versions of key books, oversized high contrast dice, screen reader friendly books, market your stuff to elderly people, whatever.

@JessTheUnstill@infosec.exchange To say nothing of the fact that the original cohort of D&D players are entering retirement age

@JessTheUnstill@infosec.exchange yes! and if they take to tabletop and they live in a community, maybe just maybe they can LARP as a treat. give us a world full of our elders living in mystical lands of their collective creation and sustenance!

@JessTheUnstill@infosec.exchange I dig it. But PAX and some indies are more likely to take interest than Hasbro, who are too busy diluting the Magic universe like it’s 1980’s cartoon-to-toy sales again.
