I mathed incorrectly and I now have sourdough levain everywhere (and by everywhere, I mean all over the inside of my Sourdough Home). As I was prepping the levain before work, I had a feeling that it was too much for the container, and that I didn’t have the time/temp right. I should have listened to my 4am self. Oops.
