Co-worker's trainee has installed #Linux numerous times. He brought that up several times in his initial interview. He was made to install Linux onto an old desktop. He instantly learned that 'installing linux' does not mean installing WSL and then putting your own stuff on it. Turns out he had never actually installed Linux.
