Hey @NVAccess@fosstodon.org could there be an option to fine grain this further or is there already an add on to do so? Or am I missing something? Haven't messed with these settings a lot.

If you have an idea for how to fine tune the options, we'd welcome an issue - https://github.com/nvaccess/nvda/issues I certainly wouldn't rule out there already being an add-on with more options here, though I'm not familiar with one offhand.
