I am still thinking #CD. Actually, #Ardour or #Mixbus for me are perfect tools for what they apparently call pre-mastering, which comes after what everyone calls mastering. Be it as it may. This will probably never be a CD. But it might be. For those still doing the dead format of an album… Just create a CD layout in Ardour, export as 24/48 (or even 96) #FLAC with TOC+CUE, and then use #Flacon to split it up into tracks to upload to Bandcamp. Edit the CUE file to your needs and use #cue2ddp on the command line to create a DDP image for CD manufacturing (don't forget -t for CD Text). You will have to pay extra for specific tools if not doing this on something like #UbuntuStudio #Linux. Will have to check if the aforementioned solution produces proper gapless playback for this project and Bandcamp.
