@Mae@is.badat.dev I wonder whether the Rustbros or the LLMbros have been more obnoxious about pushing it.

@IceWolf@masto.brightfur.net why? i mean sure, the "rewrite it in rust" crowd is misguided at best, but new code written in rust is likely to be more correct than new code written by a human in C, not less as is the case with LLMs
